MJOLNIR TAKES UP SPORTABLER

MJOLNIR TAKES UP SPORTABLER
Sportabler

This notice is mainly intended for members of Mjölnir.

We have recently transferred our subscribers from Nóri, the registration and payment system we have been using, to Sportabler. This change has various advantages, as Sportabler is also available as an app (applet) in five languages (English, Icelandic, Deutsch, Español & Polski). All information will now be more targeted, exercise registrations will be more convenient, and all communication and overview will be in one place. We hope this change will greatly improve our service.

What do you need to do?
First, you need to create an account in Sportabler, if you don’t already have one, and preferably download the app. Further information and instructions for those who have not used Sportabler before are below in the post.

Your subscription will be automatically renewed in the next few days, but for security reasons, it is not possible to move saved payment cards between systems. Therefore, we ask you to complete the payment when the payment request opens in the Sportabler app (you will receive a notification on your phone) if you choose to pay your subscription by credit card.

Those who have so far received a payment slip in their home bank do not need to take any action, as the claims will continue to appear in their home bank (coming in next week). However, we recommend creating an account at www.sportabler.com/shop/mjolnir and then getting the app afterwards to be able to register for a class.

If you do not want to use the Sportabler app, you can access information below:

Here you can see information about your subscriptions: https://www.sportabler.com/shop/my-subscriptions

Here you can see unpaid invoices: https://www.sportabler.com/shop/my-invoices

If no action is taken, we will send a payment slip for the subscription. Please note that the service fee for each payment slip is ISK 390, so it pays to enter payment card information instead. In addition, in the coming months, Mjölnir will stop offering subscriptions with payment slips, so it's better to stick with payment cards.

I have never used Sportabler before
If you have not used Sportabler before, go to https://www.sportabler.com/shop/mjolnir and create an account in the upper right corner (click on “Log in with Sportabler” and then select “Create account”). After new registration, you then download the Sportabler app to your phone (in the App Store, Play Store or Google Play) and log in.

As a result of this transfer, Sportabler also takes over from Stari as the booking system for classes in Mjölnir, https://www.sportabler.com/classes/mjolnir

Thanks in advance for your understanding
We hope you take this inevitable change well, dear practitioners, and look forward to further improving the service with a new system and phone app. If something is unclear, Sportabler has an online chat through the app and the company’s registration page where you can get help with technical issues.
