MMA 101 is an 8-week basic course in MMA. The course covers the basics of the main martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), striking, wrestling and how to mix it all together.
The emphasis is on technical exercises where the intensity is built up slowly, but no one has to fear getting hit hard in class. The technical exercises focus on e.g. takedowns (up against the cage and out on the floor), simple punches and kicks, dominant positions from Jiu-Jitsu suitable for MMA, defence from the bottom and much more.
