Children aged 5-6 are classes that are primarily based on play where children consciously and unconsciously learn to grapple and defend themselves. In these classes, they learn safe dominant positions to control the opponent and keep them down without hurting them. They learn a fun and healthy sport that enhances confidence, physical strength, flexibility, agility, and body awareness.
The course is divided into terms (autumn, spring, summer). At the beginning of each term, the basics are reviewed so that beginners spend the first weeks learning to apply themselves correctly. This way, the children are well prepared to take on challenges when they arise. It is possible to attend and participate at any time throughout the year. There is a very detailed belt system for the children, where they earn stripes and new belts by participating, showing good behavior, and making technical progress.
It is important that all participants follow and respect the club rules, which are available here on the website.
The classes are taught on Mondays and Wednesdays from 16:30 to 17:15
